Courteous Message on the Importance of the Dress Code
Dear Guests,
We would like to remind you of the importance of respecting the dress code for our princely gala, the Golden Goblet. This adherence helps to transport each of us into the enchanting and refined world of a grand gala.
By meticulously observing this dress code, we also honor the efforts and investments made by all attendees who carefully prepare to create and experience a memorable and elegant evening for everyone.

For Men:
Accepted Attire:

Tuxedo (or black suit)

Tailcoat: Must be worn with a white waistcoat preferably (other colors allowed if the fabric is unique)

"Spencer" Jacket

Ceremonial Uniform: (Ceremonial uniforms from outfit manufacturers are not permitted)
Details of Attire:

Pants: Must be black (Except for ceremonial uniforms)

Shoes: Black and well-polished only. Military boots are not suitable for a gala evening.

Socks: Black without patterns as they match the shoes.

Tuxedo Jacket: May be a different color than the pants.
Accessories:

Bow Tie: Mandatory with tuxedos and tailcoats.

Bow tie with tailcoat must be the same color as the waistcoat.

Bow tie with a black tuxedo can have originality in color or material.

Sashes of Military or Honorific Orders:

Must be worn between the waistcoat and the tailcoat.

Must be worn over the jacket with a tuxedo or ceremonial uniform.

Ties: Only with uniforms, according to regulatory standards.

Gloves: If worn, they must be white and should be removed when shaking hands with the Prince and any other members of the princely family.

Glasses : No sunglasses allowed.
Wearing of Decorations:

Grand Princely Order of the Flamingo:
-
Mandatory for those decorated with this order.

Flamingo Medal: Worn with the bicolor sash of the Principality given during the decoration. Worn on the right shoulder

Other Micronational Orders: Allowed for those not decorated with the aforementioned order.
Medals:

On a ceremonial uniform, Spencer jacket, or tailcoat, several medals may be worn. A row of medals should not be worn on a tuxedo jacket.

On a tailcoat, medals should be worn only on one side and perfectly aligned at chest height.

Breast stars should be worn below the row of medals.
Hat:
Wearing a hat inside the venue is considered disrespectful in front of the Prince and the princely family. Please respect this particular aspect of our culture.
For Women:
Accepted Attire:

Long Dress: Must reach the floor.

Types of Dresses: Contemporary, all colors are permitted.

Pants: Not allowed, except by special permission for women wearing a military uniform.

Translucent fabrics and any type of mesh are not permitted.

Accessories and Details of Attire:

Military and Honorific Sashes: Must be worn over the dress on the right shoulder.

Shoes and Clutches: Must be coordinated. Heel height is not regulated.

Jewelry: Wearing bright, gold or silver jewelry adorned with gemstones is highly recommended. Gothic-style jewelry is not permitted. Tiaras are recommended; crowns are only permitted for Empresses, Queens, and Princesses.

Gloves: If worn, they should be long, either white or black according to the ensemble, or matching the color of the dress.

Hairstyle:

Long Hair: Must be styled in a bun of any type and can be adorned with a tiara or ornaments.

Other Hairstyles: Do not require special arrangements.

Hat: Not suitable for this type of event. Wearing a headdress or any type of hat in front of a member of the princely family is considered disrespectful.

Glasses: no sunglasses allowed.
Additional Attire:

Stole: Allowed to address nighttime chill.

Feather Boas: Not permitted.

Leather or Denim Clothing: Not permitted. Stoles and shawls matching the outfit or other accessories are preferred. (For couture dresses in these materials, please ask the Chamberlain for an exception, thank you.)

Traditional Attire:

Indian Sarees: Allowed, if authentic and not from costume manufacturers.

Colorful Attire from North Africa or Southeast Asia (Thailand): Allowed, if authentic and not from costume manufacturers.

Makeup:

Presence of Makeup: Ladies should present themselves with decent makeup.
